Return & Refund Policy

All Fairway Goods Co. products are printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Defects & Errors
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund at our discretion — no return shipment needed.

Order Issues
If you made an error in your order (wrong size, wrong address), contact us within 24 hours of placing it — we may be able to correct it before production begins. Once an item enters production, it can't be changed or cancelled.
